Basic wipe down of surfaces, exterior appliances, cabinets, dusting surfaces, bathrooms, vacuum/sweeping floors, mopping, basic tidying up. Homes outside of Fond du Lac county will be required to pay an additional $1/mile one way.

Client has to dispose expired or old food that is in fridge prior to cleaner coming. Cleaner washes everything out by hand, disinfects and places items back in an organized manner when finished. You and one of our team members will do a whole house walk through prior to scheduling the first clean especially if you plan on being a regular! This will determine amount of time needed for each visit, whether or not we will need additional team members for the job, get familiar with layout of the home, go over expectations on the client and cleaner’s end and of course see if our cleaning service is a good fit in general for both parties! You will be provided with a communication binder to keep for notes/customized checklists between you & your cleaner as well as a goodie bag!

First time meeting with your pet to see if it's a fit & to learn routines. We cannot take aggressive pets that threaten sitter's safety or medical needs animals that require injections, infusions or time sensitive medications. If it's daily oral medications, that's fine. We cannot take pets who are rapidly declining in health, had recent operation, have mobility issues, incontinent of bowel/urine or currently diagnosed with terminal illness.

Each slat is washed with soap and water & bees wax polish is applied to help repel dust making your clean last longer! Blinds must be within cleaner's reach using a step ladder that is 2 steps or less (maximum height blinds can be is 7 feet off the ground) and easy to access (no furniture or anything moveable in front of the blinds). $10/per blind.

Having a hard time cleaning the mineral build up & water marks off your shower glass? We can help in that department! We carefully remove as much as possible off your shower door glass and then coat with RainX that is specifically designed for shower doors to help repel water & make your clean last longer! We also provide a shower squeegee for client to use after every shower use to maintain the glass as well. $75/shower (includes squeegee for client to keep). Please allow 1-2 hours per shower.

Hate cleaning car seats or just don't have the time? We got you. We clean all the nooks and crannies in less than 16 hours or overnight! You can drop off & pick up at the office right outside of Fond du Lac at the home office or we can pick up & drop off to your location! If you would like the convenience of your cleaner to pick up & drop off, additional fee is $1/mile. $35/car seat of any size.

Rug cleans from sizes 2x3 to 9x12, we got you covered. We do dips/soaks and shampoo/extractions up to 9x12. Price varies depending on size and how much work needs to be put into the rugs in general. We do not clean rugs that require special care such as dry cleaning, require special detergents or are made of delicate materials. We do not clean wool, silk, jute/sisal, Persian/oriental or antique rugs. We do not accept rugs with mold, cat urine, blood, animal or human waste in general that wasn't cleaned up prior to best ability or with a noticeably foul scent. Cost per rug ranges $25-$200 max. Rugs dried all the way, coated with water/dirt repellant & wrapped in plastic or tarp to protect rug the day pick up is scheduled. Client drop off/pick up only. Contactless & available to pick up from 2-7 days depending on job an drying time. You drop off at any time and pick up at your convenience.

Decluttered your home and don't have the time to make a trip to the local thrift store or local areas that accept donations (homeless shelter, humane society & pet rescues, programs that help those in need, etc.)? We got you. Each SUV load is $20 one way! Just place your bags & totes on the porch and we will pick up. No furniture or anything that is over 50 pounds. Absolutely no garbage or anything that is clearly not donatable allowed- failure to abide by that simple rule will result in client to be banned from further services. Items must be able to fit into SUV. Fond du Lac & nearby towns only. If beyond 10 miles of office location, $1/mile extra fee added.

Have a bunch of boxes you don't have time to break down or space to dispose/recycle? We got you! On days that are not raining, snowing or windy, place your boxes on the porch or outside of garage and we will do the work of breaking it down and taking it away. $35/per SUV load within Fond du Lac County.

Have dirty/dusty window screens that need to be cleaned? Within 24 hours, window screens are washed by hand, dried and are available for delivery/pick up. Free pick up and drop off within 10 miles of office. $1/mile extra if exceeds 10 miles from home site. $5 per screen.

Litter box is emptied out completely (client must have outdoor garbage container or designated area to dispose of litter), soaked and scrubbed, properly disinfected, dried out completely and clean litter placed in box (litter provided by client). $35/per litter box. We do not provide services for robotic litter boxes.

You put your online order in and we will pick up from any store in city of Fond du Lac that offers pick up and we drop off to your residence in FDL county. $10 extra if you would like us to put the refrigerated/frozen stuff away & nonperishable items on the counter neatly for you while you're gone. Only available to clients who have used us for services in the past.
